20 x 20 Traditional Tent TX Rental

Our 20 x 20 Traditional Tent is a tall and wide vinyl structure, which will wow your guests. The coverage of our 20 x 20 Traditional Tent is 400 square meters, with a 15 foot tall center. The 400 square-meter space is a usable layout, which is perfect for those sunny-season occasions. We have setup our 20 x 20 Traditional Tents from backyard barbecues to corporate events and weddings. 

The material used on the top of the tent is very solid and fire-retardant. It also has a wind rating, which can support up to 70mph winds. The legs are 8 foot high, and the center height is 15 foot tall, giving a tall vaulted ceiling and a more spacious feel under the tent. Speaking of spacious, this 20 x 20 Traditional Tent can seat 30 to 50 people comfortably. Kindly see picture below for a sample seat plan, depending on rectangular tables or round tables. If the 20 x 20 Traditional Tent is to be setup on concrete, the standard stake anchoring will not work. We would use water barrels to weigh down the tent (see picture below). If you need a night setup, we can also put some lights on the tent. See below picture.

Things to consider when renting the 20 x 20 Traditional Tents?

When renting the 20 x 20 Traditional Tents you would need to make sure that:

• When booking, kindly give 30 mins. allowance from your party start time and we would appreciate it, if you put comments on the "customer comments" section for any additional information you would like us to know.
• The rental already includes, delivery, setup, and takedown of tents.
• The dimensions for the setup location of the 20 x 20 Traditional Tents has been checked and cleared of any obstructions.
• If you have a gate or a fence, please make sure it is at least 2 ft. wide, to facilitate safe and smooth passage of this rental.
• We normally have a 4-6 hr. window prior your rental start time, when it comes to delivery and around 2-3 hr. window after your rental end time for pickup. But you would have an option to choose if you want a narrower timeframe (1-2 hrs.) or an exact time, and of course those would come with a fee. Please see options when booking (Regular, Flexible, or Exact)
